One of Bocce Australia’s members, Nicole, was recently featured in Kookie – a magazine created for pre-teen girls aged from about 7 – 12.
The article titled ‘Bowled over’ explains the game of bocce, as well as some tips for playing. Nicole shares her insights in a coloumn titled ‘Meet Nicole’ which puts a face to the game.
Frank Funari, President of Bocce Australia, said he was proud of the feature.
“It is good to get bocce out there and Kookie magazine is another great vehicle to help do that for the sport of bocce,” he said.
